Hi, my name is Miranda Hayden and I love to help others reach their health and nutrition goals. My interest in nutrition education started when I was only 12 years old when my mother developed a chronic disease and set out to make a difference in the lives of her children's health with improving our nutritional habits! My mother changed the way the entire family ate; from packaged, canned and frozen to fresh. Learning to combine nutrients, strategically eat and exercising made a difference!
